Is this the official ChatGPT Wrapped from OpenAI?

ChatGPT Wrapped is an independent project, not affiliated with OpenAI. We built it because OpenAI doesn't offer their own year-in-review feature for ChatGPT (yet!). Think of it as a fan-made tool for AI enthusiasts who want to reflect on their AI usage.

How do I export my ChatGPT data?

Go to ChatGPT Settings → Data Controls → Export Data. Click "Export" and OpenAI will email you a download link within a few minutes to 24 hours. The email contains a ZIP file with all your conversations in JSON format. Download that ZIP and upload it here.

Does ChatGPT Wrapped work with ChatGPT Plus, Team, or Enterprise?

Yes! ChatGPT Wrapped works with all ChatGPT accounts — Free, Plus, Team, and Enterprise. The data export format is the same across all plans. You'll see which models you used most (GPT-4, GPT-4o, etc.) in your stats.
